The OSHGuard 48-hour OSH Specialist training is a comprehensive program designed for workers aiming to specialize in occupational safety and health. This advanced course builds on foundational knowledge to provide in-depth training on workplace safety, hazard recognition, and regulatory compliance as outlined in OSH 29 CFR Part 1910.

Course Description:

The OSHGuard 48-hour OSH Specialist training is intended for individuals looking to enhance their expertise in occupational safety and health. This course covers a wide range of topics to equip participants with the skills necessary to identify, evaluate, and mitigate workplace hazards effectively.

As a student, you will learn advanced industry best practices for reducing incidents and injuries, the complex hazards you might encounter in general industry work, and comprehensive solutions to recognize, control, and protect against them.

Students must receive additional training, as required by OSH standards, on specific hazards of the job in addition to this training. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an OSHGuard 48-Hour OSH Specialist certificate and wallet card.

Prerequisites:

The 48-HR OSH Specialist Course builds on foundational safety training and is recommended for individuals who have completed introductory safety courses such as the 30-HR OSH Supervisor Course or equivalent.

Exam:

The student will take a MCQs Based Exam at the end of the course. You must score 80% to receive certification. You have two opportunities to pass each exam.
